Everyone from seasoned meditation experts to self-care newbies are trying them out as a way to chill and relieve anxiety.

Regardless of your lifestyle, chances are you could benefit from a little self-care and stress relief. And if you’re one of those people who likes to kick back and listen to music after a long, hard day, a sound bath may be the missing ingredient you didn’t know you needed in your wellness routine.
Sound baths can be an incredibly beneficial wellness practice. Instead of guided meditation, which uses speaking to guide a person through a meditative state, sound baths use music and instruments such as gongs and bowls to provide the guidance. Not only are they a great de-stressor, but they can be the perfect introduction to meditation for beginners.
A sound bath [may] allow you to experience meditative states and relaxation within the short period of one session. With other types of meditation, one might have to practice consistently for a few weeks or months to feel the same kind of effect.
Note 3 upcoming opportunities to attend a sound bath yourself or invite your loved ones to join in as something unique to share together.
Dress comfortably and bring a blanket, pillow, mat and water bottle.

Sound Bath and CD review:
John H.
“I learned about a Healing Sound Bath session through my community education catalog and decided to take the session. I was very pleasantly surprised and energized by the session and went to yogawithjennieruth.com for further information. At the website there was a CD offered:“Healing Waves of Sound ” and I ordered it and it was quickly delivered. I am a dialysis patient with 3-hour treatments 3 times a week and play the sound bath cd during my treatments and feel that it helps my body cope with the energy depleting dialysis. I would recommend the CD to anyone that believes in the benefit of sound therapy. Many thanks to JennieRuth for the Sound Bath sessions and producing the CD.”
“The more you practice the art of thankfullness,
the more you have to be thankful for.”

Thankful for each of you,
