Announcing the first Sound Healing training with JennieRuth hosted by Willow Soul Yoga located in Otsego, MN. Held on 3 Thursday evenings January 11th, 18th, 25th from 6:30-8:30pm
Sound Healing can help improve physical and emotional health and well being.
This workshop will teach participants how to create sound to enhance personal experiences, family, private clients, and full group sound baths. Included will be basic history and education of gongs, drums, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, wave drums, solfeggio pipes, chimes, and how to include them in healing energy work.
Bring your instruments each to session to practice and become more comfortable with the qualities for your healing work. JennieRuth’s instruments will be available for use during the workshop.
The end of the 3rd session will conclude with a sound bath for participants.
