Thank you for coming to this site, here is a bit about my background.

My father was a professor and academic in New Testament studies. A Jesustorian. A natural scholar, he attended Harvard Divinity School for a doctorate as well as seminary (to be educated as a minister). His Thesis (an in depth study and publication created before receiving his Doctor of Theology degree) was The Empty Tomb. 

He was a teacher, preacher, and author his whole career, traveling across the world to lecture as well at his home seminary in Ohio, affiliated with Wittenberg University.

My mother met my father at Gustavus Adolphus University and is extremely creative. A watercolor artist, actor, vocalist and bright light. Together we experience an adventure of an upbringing for my 3 brothers and me. 

Growing up with that environment was normal to me so my saturation and studies in faith and what is beyond, theatre, music and travel. The opportunity to play the double bass in classical music and jazz settings helped create a love of music and the ability to collaborate with people who are now some of the best musicians in the country.

In 1980, our father accepted a call ftom a Lutheran Church in America parish in St. Cloud. While dedicated to encouraging others in their faith, he collaborated with others to survey peoples experiences with angels and wrote a book about it at the time, We Are Not Alone: Evidences of the Supernatural Among Ordinary People by The Reverend Doctor Ben Arlen Johnson.

That time was a big shift for me, inviting more clarity in my relationship with religion and spirituality. My father and I had countless deep conversations on these topics throughout the 55 years together, and was (and still is) an important part of my spiritual life.

I married in 1995 and we have raised 3 sons together. During those years I worked in the special education department in our district, taught and worked at our church, and volunteered in the community with each activity our children were involved in. 

My family and their support helps fuel the ability I have to help others. Now?

I guide yoga and sound events in both public and private settings as I travel to many locations while working with retreats, schools, private classes, and hospice.
